Job Duties
What you'll own once you're part of the hive.
Perform residential plumbing service, repairs, and installations
Diagnose plumbing issues and provide clear solutions to homeowners
Explain recommended work professionally and honestly
Prepare invoices and collect payments through the company system
Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle
Represent Hive 5 Plumbing & Drains professionally at all times
Respect and protect customers' homes on every job
Ability to work independently and manage daily service calls
Requirements & Skills
Minimum Requirements
- 7,000+ hours of plumbing experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to safely operate a full-size Sprinter van
- Pass criminal background check
- Strong work ethic and accountability
- Honest, responsible, solution-oriented mindset, no excuses

Recommended Skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience in residential service plumbing
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Experience using Service Titan, Housecall Pro, Jobber, or similar software
- Drain and sewer cleaning / camera inspection experience
- Strong knowledge of plumbing code
Bonus Qualifications
- Plumbing License
- G2 Gas License
- Experience with gas appliances, furnaces, boilers, or water heaters
- Whole-house rough-in experience
- Commercial plumbing experience
- Backflow testing certification
