Lifetime Workmanship Warranty

Hive 5 Plumbing & Drains provides a Lifetime Workmanship Warranty on plumbing work performed by our team.

If an issue occurs as a direct result of our workmanship, we'll return and correct it at no labour cost to you.

The warranty applies for as long as the original customer owns and occupies the property where the work was completed.

Parts & Materials

Parts, fixtures, and materials supplied by Hive 5 Plumbing & Drains are covered by the applicable manufacturer's warranty.

Our Lifetime Workmanship Warranty covers the quality of our installation, but does not extend or replace the manufacturer's warranty on the product itself.

Customer-Supplied Parts & Fixtures

If you provide your own faucet, toilet, fixture, appliance, part, or other material, our warranty covers the installation workmanship only.

We cannot warranty customer-supplied products, including their quality, compatibility, condition, or performance.

Drain Cleaning

Drain cleaning is backed by a 30-day warranty against recurrence of the same blockage under normal use conditions.

Extended drain warranty coverage is available when drain cleaning is combined with a camera inspection and full power flushing package, and the pipe is confirmed to be in good condition. Extended terms will be clearly stated on your invoice or work order.

Drain warranties do not cover recurring blockages caused by foreign objects, grease, wipes, tree roots, damaged or deteriorated pipes, improper slope, structural problems, or misuse of the drainage system.

What's Not Covered

The Lifetime Workmanship Warranty does not cover problems caused by:

• Normal wear and tear
• Misuse, neglect, or lack of maintenance
• Freezing or extreme conditions
• Pre-existing plumbing problems
• Water quality or excessive water pressure
• Failure of parts, fixtures, or equipment unrelated to our workmanship
• Repairs or modifications made by another contractor or third party
• Conditions outside the reasonable control of Hive 5 Plumbing & Drains

If an existing plumbing or site condition affects warranty coverage, we'll explain it to you and document any specific limitation when appropriate.

Warranty Terms

Warranty coverage applies to the original customer and original service address and is non-transferable unless otherwise stated in writing.

The original invoice must be paid in full, and Hive 5 Plumbing & Drains must be given reasonable access to inspect the issue and determine whether it is related to our original work.

Warranty coverage is limited to correcting workmanship covered by this warranty and is subject to applicable Ontario law.
