We were stressed out by an urgent leak under our basement laundry sink, while also needing our old kitchen and laundry faucets replaced. We had a cracked drain pipe in my kitchen sink so we called Hive 5 plumbing & spoke to Demitri explained the problem and what had to be done.He was efficient, knowledgable, fixed the problem & cleaned up afterwards. I would definitely recommend him for any plumbing job.

Had a great experience with our plumber Demitri today. We had a pretty messy sewage ejector pit that needed a full clean-out, and he handled it incredibly well. He was extremely clean and careful throughout the entire process—something I really appreciated given the nature of the job. There was no mess left behind, and everything was handled in a very sanitary and respectful way. On top of that, he was professional, courteous, and easy to communicate with from start to finish. Highly recommend if you’re dealing with anything similar—especially jobs that require extra care and cleanliness. Will definitely hire again for future plumbing jobs.

2020-April my entire drain assembly under my kitchen dual sink basin was replaced. We talked on the phone and i shared some images. Demitri shared his recommendation and cost and made himself available the very next morning. During covid-19 pandemic period, I asked what precautions he would take and he wore his mask in my home. Demitri is pleasant and comfortable person to speak with. Replaced entire drain in just over an hour; readjusted the slope of my external drain, answered all my concerns, questions and fully explained his work. Demitri will definitely be in my contacts for future plumbing needs. Thank you again, Edward. 2024-April: ...late post. Last year I contacted Demitri again this time to replace a shower valve. Great job but even better was when there was a leak problem, he took responsibility and coordinated help to fix the problem. When a tradesperson does not hesitate to take responsibility for a problem even after leaving and receiving payment; and then make it "good", then this means a lot for me! Thank you Demitri

Dimitri has serviced our home on two occasions. We first had him install 3 new toilets which were completed with attention to detail. He's also very friendly and explains the work being done. Most recently we had Dimitri at our home to sort out faucet issues.

I had toilet installation that required rerouting the waterline in order for the new style toilet to fit. This was beyond what I could handle for DIY, and I am glad I called in the pros when I did. He gave me good advice for pausing the work I started to avoid a leak, and defer the service to avoid an after hours service call until Monday morning. First thing on Monday, he rerouted the water line and positioned it neatly for easy access and replaced the leaky shutoff valve. He also noticed the existing flange was not screwed in to the floor and fixed that for me too, which I would not have known was a problem. He installed the toilet, shimmed it level, and caulked it cleanly. He also installed the bidet for me so everything is ready for my family to use now. Price was fair and communication excellent. I found Hive 5 Plumbing as a referral on NextDoor app, so they were recommended by people in my community.

Quick and efficient service. I ended up needing a plumber when I decided to change my dishwasher due to old style connections. Dimitri gave me an appointment right away, showed up on time and did a great job. Would recommend 100%.

Hive 5 Plumbing did a fantastic job with my 4 bathrooms. Shutoff valves on sinks and toilets. He also noticed some hose plastic hold were cracking or in poor condition. The very last minute my wife wanted a new kitchen motion sensor faucet and he gladly installed it. Thank you Demitri for the updates, quote prior to work and other suggestions post service. I had Hive 5 Plumbing & Drains work on 2 bathrooms (install 4 lock-off values, 2 faucets, and 2 sink drains). During the installation, Demitri noticed that one of the drains was partially clogged and debris removed, which to me demonstrates a high quality of work. It was quick to schedule the service call, Demitri arrived on time, was very friendly, and left the work area very clean. I would highly recommend Hive 5 Plumbing & Drains for any plumbing work.
