Had a great experience with our plumber Demitri today. We had a pretty messy sewage ejector pit that needed a full clean-out, and he handled it incredibly well. 2020-April my entire drain assembly under my kitchen dual sink basin was replaced. We talked on the phone and i shared some images. I had toilet installation that required rerouting the waterline in order for the new style toilet to fit. This was beyond what I could handle for DIY, and I am glad I called in the pros when I did. He gave me good advice for pausing the work I started to avoid a leak, and defer the service to avoid an after hours service call until Monday morning. First thing on Monday, he rerouted the water line and positioned it neatly for easy access and replaced the leaky shutoff valve. He also noticed the existing flange was not screwed in to the floor and fixed that for me too, which I would not have known was a problem. He installed the toilet, shimmed it level, and caulked it cleanly. He also installed the bidet for me so everything is ready for my family to use now. Price was fair and communication excellent. I found Hive 5 Plumbing as a referral on NextDoor app, so they were recommended by people in my community.
